ZHA unveils design for The Grove, a new seafront neighbourhood and marina in Qatar for JMJ Group Holding in collaboration with Qetaifan Projects. SEAM Design brings enhancements, comfort and identity at night with light.
The Grove features a waterfront promenade lined with trees, integrating local cafés, restaurants, shops, and boutiques that enrich the vibrant charm of communities from around the world. This popular tourist destination offers a diverse array of restaurants, bars, and nightclubs, providing an exciting nightlife experience.
Comprised of 293 one- to four-bedroom apartments offering panoramic views of Qetaifan Bay and the Lusail skyline, The Grove has been designed with its waterfront promenade as the heart of the community. The facades are further defined by stepped balconies and vertical elements that provide residents with privacy while maintaining waterfront views from each apartment.
