Our busy London studio is looking for Lighting Designers and Designers with architectural lighting design experience to join our highly skilled and talented team to work on both UK and global projects spanning multiple sectors, ranging from mixed-use developments, public spaces, public art, residential, commercial, civic and community buildings.

About the Roles - Senior and Intermediate Designers (London Studio) and Junior Designers (Bangkok)
This is a career growth opportunity that will allow you to gain valuable experience working alongside our Project Leaders and Directors in the design, documentation and delivery of our award-winning projects. This position requires individuals who are capable of both design and documentation of a project. You will have a positive, and professional attitude towards clients and colleagues.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage architectural lighting design projects, including large urban master plans, mixed-use developments, and boutique high-end projects.
Collaborate with Directors and Associates in the development of design concepts and documentation.
Conduct lighting evaluations, photometric calculations, and renderings to ensure optimal lighting solutions.
Utilize 2D and 3D digital skills, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit, and render plug-ins (Vray, Lumio, Enscape), to develop comprehensive lighting designs.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of light sources, luminaires, and lighting controls/control systems to inform design decisions.
Deliver planning applications related to lighting design and liaise with regulatory authorities when required.
Manage project timelines and resources effectively to meet project deliverables.
Identify and develop project requirements, deliverables, budgets and timelines.
Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders through verbal, written, and visual means.
Foster a collaborative and proactive approach, contributing to problem-solving and innovative solutions.
Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and industry advancements in architectural lighting design.
QUALIFICATIONS
Professional architectural lighting design experience, working on diverse project scales, from large urban master plans to boutique high-end projects.
Minimum 2 years - Intermediate track (Bangkok)
Minimum 5 years - Senior track (London)
Minimum 8 years - Associate track (London)
Strong proficiency in 2D and 3D digital tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit, and render plug-ins.
Ability to conduct lighting evaluations, photometric calculations, and renderings to support design decisions.
Experience in assisting Directors and Associates in the development of design concepts and documentation.
Deep understanding of light sources, luminaires, and lighting controls/control systems including knowledge and specification of high-quality products in various regions around the world.
Must have experience in managing the design and construction process from conception through completion.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent and collaborative team management skills with the ability to organise internal teams on the research, design and delivery of submissions to a high standard.
Effective communication skills, including verbal, written, and visual communication.
Problem-solving attitude with a proactive approach to project challenges.
