Zaha Hadid Architects has been awarded the masterplanned Stone Towers mixed-use development in Cairo, with SEAM as lighting designer, following an international design competition. SEAM has now begun work on the 500,000m2 scheme, which comprises several office towers, a hotel tower, and five amenity clusters, together set amidst an expansive landscaped public realm.
