As we are nearing our SEAM birthday in August, we reflect on the past decade and look forward with optimism. Since inception, we've survived two recessions and a pandemic, always a huge challenge for SME companies and for us the directors, to keep heads above water, team members in their positions and maintaining workstream to keep us moving forward. We celebrate our wins and our challenges (aka falling down and getting back up), are thankful for our clients, design collaborators and champions across the globe. SEAM is not SEAM without the people around us and at our table - special thanks and gratitude to our team past and present - always SEAM family!
